Starting the Season

Workouts will be posted on the Calendar. Your School Captain is the first person you should contact if you have questions about Events and Training Schedule, or if you have an Excused Absence for any of the workouts or clinics.

At the beginning of the season, you will receive a Student Handbook with important information about training, nutrition, and injury prevention. Read it closely and use it throughout the training season. Your School Captain or Weekend Captain can answer training questions as they come up.

If you have any questions or concerns not directly related to your training schedule, you should contact the SRO Student Liaison for additional help and resources.
